Our commitment

Tivora Innovations LLC is working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to meet our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is reviewed whenever we add a page or change the checkout.

Measures we have taken

• Semantic headings, landmarks and a visible "skip to main content" link on every page.
• Keyboard access to all navigation, filters, product options, cart and checkout.
• Visible focus outlines and form labels tied to every input.
• Descriptive alternative text on product and category photography.
• Text and interface colors checked for at least 4.5:1 contrast against their background.
• Responsive layouts that work at 320px width and at 200% zoom without loss of content.
• No auto-playing audio, video or motion.

Known limitations

The price range slider is easier to use with a keyboard than with a screen reader's gestures; the same filtering can be done with the category and age controls, and we are replacing it with a labelled numeric input. Some supplier-provided product photos contain text in the image, which we are re-shooting.

Assistive technology we test with

Recent versions of NVDA and JAWS with Chrome and Firefox on Windows, VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack with Chrome on Android.
