1. Acceptance

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We work to describe every toy accurately, including materials, dimensions and age grading. Colors may render differently on your screen, and wood grain and hand-finished details vary between units. We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing or availability at any time, including after an order is placed; if we cancel an order because of an error we refund it in full.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout. We may limit quantities or refuse an order we believe to be fraudulent or intended for resale without agreement.

4. Age grading and safe use

You agree to read and follow the age grading, warnings and care instructions on each product page and label, to supervise children during play, and to keep toys graded 3+ away from children under 3 or any child who still mouths objects. Toys must be used for their intended purpose only.

5. Limited warranty

We warrant that products are free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. Your remedy is replacement or refund at our option. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or damage from cleaning methods other than those on the product page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, photography, layout and brand names are owned by Tivora Innovations LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Lawrence County, New York, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
