Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Rates and delivery windows

• Standard Ground — $5.95: 4–7 business days. Free on orders of $49 or more before tax.
• Expedited — $12.95: 2–3 business days.
• Overnight — $27.50: next business day for orders placed before 1:00 PM ET.

Delivery windows are carrier estimates from the ship date, not guarantees, and exclude weekends and holidays. Remote ZIP codes may add one to two days.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. All parcels originate from 437 State Highway 72, Potsdam, NY 13676.

Order tracking and address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we refund the item value less the original shipping cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or your parcel arrives crushed, wet or opened, contact us at info@tivorainnovations.com or +1 (607) 698-0347 within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Send a photo of the packaging and we will replace the order or refund it in full — a damaged toy should never be given to a child.

Taxes and duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Because we ship domestically only, no customs duties apply.
