How payment works on this store, what appears on your statement, and how your card data is protected.

Current status
Card processing is not yet activated on this store. The checkout is payment-ready: once a payment provider is connected, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay fields appear at the payment step and no other part of the order flow changes. Orders placed before then are recorded and confirmed without a charge, and we will contact you before shipping.
Payment methods we will accept
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Purchase orders for approved wholesale accounts, on request
When you are charged
Your card is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order ships. If an item becomes unavailable before shipping, we cancel that line and release or refund the amount within 3 business days.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars. The price at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add handling fees or surcharges.
Sales tax
Tivora Innovations LLC collects New York State and local sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses. Orders to other states are taxed where we have a filing obligation, calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Tax-exempt organizations should email a valid exemption certificate before ordering.
Billing statements
Charges appear on your statement as "TIVORA INNOVATIONS". If you do not recognize a charge, call +1 (607) 698-0347 before contacting your bank — we can usually identify and resolve it the same day.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If an authorization fails, we email you once and hold the order for 48 hours before cancelling it. Please contact us about a billing dispute before filing a chargeback; chargebacks filed without contacting us may delay a refund we would otherwise issue immediately.
Security
Payment details are entered directly into our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider and are never stored on our servers. All pages are served over TLS. We do not accept card details by email or phone message.
