Every product page lists an age grading and stage tags (0–6m, 6–12m, 12m+). You can also filter the shop by age group. Age grading is a safety limit based on small-parts testing and developmental fit, not a suggestion — please follow it.

It means the toy contains one or more parts that fit inside a small-parts cylinder, so it is not suitable for children under 3 years or for any child who still mouths objects. Those items are labeled clearly on the product card and detail page.

Food-grade silicone, FSC-certified beech and rubberwood with water-based paint, recycled or organic textiles, and sealed elastomer for bath toys. We do not stock PVC, BPA or phthalate-containing plastics.

Silicone can be boiled or washed on the dishwasher's top rack. Fabric and plush items are machine washable in a mesh bag unless the product page says surface wash only. Wooden toys should be wiped with a damp cloth and never submerged. Bath toys should be squeezed empty and air dried after every use.

Standard Ground is 4–7 business days, Expedited is 2–3 business days, and Overnight arrives the next business day when ordered before 1:00 PM ET. Orders over $49 ship Standard Ground free.

Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, teethers and bath toys can only be returned unopened. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full process.

We collect New York State sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses. Tax for other states is calculated at checkout where we have a filing obligation.
