Information we collect

• Order information: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and order contents.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Support messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or phone.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, take payment, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet tax and product-safety recordkeeping obligations, and — where you have opted in — send occasional email about new products. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who need it to do their job: our payment processor, shipping carriers, email delivery provider, and analytics provider. Each is bound by contract to use the data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to a safety regulator in connection with a product incident.

Children's privacy

Our products are for children, but our store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your data. Email us to make a request; we verify identity using your order details and respond within 45 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Retention and security

Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and product-safety obligations. Support messages are kept for two years. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access limited to staff who need it.
